Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Nulle Pross- getting it expunged
I was convicted of DUI in 2002 in Key West, FL. I was also charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) but not convicted - it was nulle prossed.
Is is possible to have this charge expunged from my record? It still shows up on background searches performed by employers and has already resulted in me losing one job. I do not wish to lose others and I would like some advice on this matter.
Thank you.

Unfortunately your DUI conviction prohibits you from ever being from ever being able to seal any part of your record.
