If these are currently pending charges, this is not a good question to ask on the internet. You need to speak personally with an attorney about your charges and the possibility of favorably resolving them. Any criminal conviction could hurt your chance to become a nurse. Even if you get your certification, employers scour arrest records regularly. An in person consult would allow the attorney to take a better look at the exact accusations against you and he/she would be better able to evaluate the possible defenses. Good luck.
