Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a NY resident now but have an outstanding warrant for violation of probation from 23 years ago. I have contacted the judge and set a phone hearing to try and get the warrant recalled and the matter permanently resolved. What should I expect at the hearing?

It depends on the judge, on the prosecutor, on the type of charge. In other words, it would be best to get yourself an attorney.
