Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I would like to obtain a FL real esate license. I have had my license suspended a few times for lapse of insurance. I have been arrested for a bench warrant for failure to pay it seat belt ticket. I was also arrested for possession of paraphernalia 11 years ago. I have also been cited for driving while suspended and cited for driving without registration or insurance. When I obtained a national criminal background check, it shows no record of any of these things. Should I still disclose them on my Florida real estate license application? I have also passed several FDLE background checks and been able to work in state government buildings.

You will probably need to disclose the paraphernalia charge for sure and if they ask about tickets, then you must disclose those as well. People have more problems when they don't disclose than when they "hope it doesn't show" and when it does they may not accept you when getting your license. Be forthright.
