An older man wants my girlfriend to perform a strip tease leading to her masturbating for him to watch. Absolutely no physical contact between the two of them and no money exchange between the two of them. He would hand me the payment. would this be illegal ?

Yes, you and her could be charged with solicitation, even though she never touched any money.
