Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have an open probation violation and fine in florida. I am on disablilty and unable to travel. I can pay the fine but I do not know how to do this and get the warrent removed

Depending on whether it is a misdemeanor or felony, you could hire an attorney that will assist you. If it is a misdemeanor, you may not have to travel. If you can't afford an attorney, then you should contact the public defender in the circuit that the charge took place. Good luck.
