Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Order from Judge
What is hte normal timeframe for a judge to sign a sentence order. My frined had a sentence imposed on May 28 and the Judge has not signed the order as of today June 12. In the meantime he is being held in the juvenile detention center. Is it legal to hold him without a signed order?
