organized fraud
how much time will a person most likely recieve for the first count of unemployment fraud and a seperate charge of organized fraud of 20 to 50 thousand dollars?

Without more information, it would be almost impossible to fathom a guess. You would need to know the person's prior criminal history (especially if he/she has any theft related prior convictions). You would also need to know how the victims feel about the charges. Oftentimes, the State will make an offer based on whether the victims want prison time, jail time, or probation with restitution being paid to them. The unemployment fraud, standing alone, is usually a probationary type case. However, the organized fraud can vary based on the number of victims and the amount of planning/organization that was involved in the fraud.
