Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a outstanding warrent in NJ and am living in Florida currently. the matter was 10 years old and over a driving on suspended,it was my first charge of its kind. my bond is set at 2200 and unsure if i could provide that. I am currently looking to resolve the matter as i need to transfer to nj for work. can someone tell me means to do so and what may be my penalties?
