Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I owe $14,000 restitution on a criminal case from 1995 that I have to pay in an attempt to have my charges expunged. Is it possible to have the restitution reduced if the victim agrees?

It's theoretically possible, but unlikely they would agree. Even if they did you need to file a motion with the court to change the judgement.
