Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i owe the state of florida $2600 from a court case in 2005, i live in another stae and that state has suspended my driver license until i pay florida their money. can i file bankrupcy and make this $2600 go away, and how do i get my drivers license back

You definitely need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney, however, I have heard (In other words, I don't know if it is true or not), that it could allow you to get your license back. Again, talk to a bankruptcy attorney.
