Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
a paid attorney that was fired
back 2 yrs ago we hired a lawyer that charged us 30,00 for a criminal case my husband had, we payed him 23,000 and halfway thru, we decided to let him go bc he was not meeting our expectations and what he had said he could do for us. we hired another attorney. do we have any rights to have him prove that he did not work 22,000 worth of service and try to get out $ back and which routes could we take it this was possible.

Re: a paid attorney that was fired
It would depend on your written agreement with the attorney but generally I would say there is no way to do that.
