How do I get paperwork for my daughter, who is incarcerated, for motion to mitigate a sentence? She received 150 days and wants to mitigate for 90 days.

The "paperwork" you mean is a motion that you can get an attorney to file in court. There are time limitations which is unclear from your question, but this is one of many reasons to consult an attorney in person.
