what does it mean?
On my paperwork it says ::: Result: FILED/NOT DISPOSED AT PROSECUTORS LEVEL
what does this mean and are my charges going to be dropped at arraignment?

Sounds like the charges are not going to be dropped, but you might be able to call the State Attorney's Office or clerk's office and ask them if charges are filed yet.
