Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Pardon attorney
I am trying to find a pardon attorney or someone who can assist me in a pardon. I have tried to find something on the web and through search engines, but have been unsuccessful. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Pardon attorney
I assist people in requesting pardons. However, I ask that they first try to make the request themselves. The Clemency Board states emphatically on almost all their documents that "you do not need an attorney." They want to talk to you in person before they make a decision. Additionally, my fee may be larger than an attorney located in Tallahassee due to the distance.
A pardon is really a request for restoration of civil rights and a removal from certain statutory obligations (such as registering as a felon). Your request should be for a full pardon (full restoration of rights). They may grant a partial pardon (restoration of some rights). Check on www.myflorida.com and look under the Department of Corrections. Click the "directory" button for easier navigation to that resource. There should be a "Restoration of Rights" button located there.
