Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Pardon
What good is a pardon to an ex-felon if my record cannot be expunged and I still have to relate that I was in prison? Is it worth trying to get one?

Re: Pardon
Good point. I think you've found a glitch in Florida law.
However, a pardon would still give you the benefits of restoring your rights to possess weapons and vote.
