Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I want to get a pardon in order to hunt with a firearm. My conviction was in Florida in 1995. I intend to move out of state and want to restore my gun rights before i move.

There is a process to restore your rights and it usually takes several years to accomplish. Search online for restoring your rights in Florida and you'll see the process. It is not necessary to get an attorney to do this as it usually involves a lot of forms and a lot of time.
