Re: Pardons and Clemency
A pardon or Executive Clemency are very time consuming and difficult forms of legal relief to obtain in Florida. A Record Seal or an Expungement is faster and easier. However, one caveat: Some misdemeanors are NOT available for an expungement or a record seal - DUI and Domestic Violence, are classic legal examples of misdemeanors which cannot be sealed or expunged, unless the charge resulted in a acquital or dismissal. More detailed information would be needed, information that is specific to your case.
