Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
parker vs state
My question is about being out on bond. I was arrested and released on bond within in the next few months I was arrested agian my original bondsman was used on the second bond and didnt go off the bond and is in agreement with it. the charges are in seperate counties what the question is is when I go to court from the ist arrest can or will the judge detain me for getting another charge while out on a bond (Parker vs State)

the state can move to revoke your bond on the 1st case, because you picked up a new charge. the bondsman has nothing to do with it
