parole condition question
if someones parole conditions says they can not have contact with their victim until they are off parole but, the victim who is now over 18 wants to see them, is their any way the victim can get around the parole conditions?

Only if the parole officer agrees or the judge orders it. Otherwise, the defendat should stay far away from the victim. In fact, he shouldn't have any contact at all, even through a third person. That victim is the quickest way back to prison.
