my partners attorney charged 10,500 in a dui case he plead guilty to The attorney said and prepared nothing at senencig for judge to consider. He was sentenced to 100 days in jail.

There isn't a question here. Are you saying you dispute your partner's attorney's fees? If so, your partner should examine his agreement with the attorney to see what, if any, remedies are available.
