Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
your at a party and some guy is on heavy drugs and has a pistol on him. he wants to fight your brother over 50 dollars but your brother and friends already paid him . he continues to disturb the party by trying to start a fight . he walks up to you with his gun in hand and you think he is about to shoot you so you have your gun and you pull out and shoot him four times because your scared you were gonna get shot and then take off running because you didnt want to shoot him but you had to do something or he wouldve shot you . How many years of prison or jail are you facing ?
