Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
While passing Makoto�s house one night, Sarah sees Makoto outside with a laptop computer. Holding Makoto at gunpoint, Sarah forces him to give up the computer. Then Sarah runs away with it. Did Sara committed trespass to personal property, and violent crime such as aggravated robbery???

You're going to fail your test.
"Trespass to personal property" is a common law crime. This site answers questions of Florida law. There's a huge difference. Under common law, the answer to "trespass to personal property" is yes, but there was no "aggravated robbery." There was plain old robbery, though.
Under Florida law, the answer would be Theft and Robbery with a Firearm.
You can't ask common law questions on a Florida law website. You'll get the wrong answers.
