Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
past charges
as a juvenile 16 at the time i was charged with lewd or lasciviuos conduct adjudicated guilty. im now 20. im also innocent. the question is that if i have a letter from the ''victom'' admitting that she lied adout everything. is there anything i can do to have this charge removed or exponged and how? and would a letter even do me any good or use if i went to a judge ?

Re: past charges
i don't think "a letter" is going to fix or solve your situation. after your plea and/or trial, you had a certain window to file an appeal. it is going to be very hard, if not impossible, to change things 4 years after-the-fact.
good luck!!
