Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

In the past my partner and I were sharing private prictures in the relationship, things got screw up when he start treating me not to send me the money for my daughter if I don't sent the pictures he requested, he was playing games and cheating on me, that's why I decide never to share nothing like that anymore with him. He tried to manipulate me and telling me that 'cause he is sending me money I must do it, one day he said I just need one picture only one. I didn't.

We try to go back but I found so many wrongs from him, even porno sites and he was watching sexual content from other woman. So we argue and felt ofended. I told him If he still asking me for sexual content I will sue him for sexual harrasment, that the money he sent me is for my daughter not a favor that he mades to me. We spoked in few days and I told him that I will procced legally and he spoked to an attorney. He called me to treat me that he got everything under control and with money he can do what ever he want, treat me with my text pictures I sent him long time ago. triying to use it against me. He also told me that he was recording the conversation and what ever I said he can use it against me. I feel disguss by him...he wanted me to move with him to Alabama I am from Florida, He said Alabama is a differrent world then Florida, so just to let you know. He is originally from Alabama. I have more questions but for now I hope response. thanks.
