paying customers

if you are a paying customer, and you buy a coffee from a dunkin donuts almost everyday for three years, without causing any problems, are the police allowed to say that i have a tresspassing warning verbally without giving me something that says im tresspassed from there? or without the consent of the owner or the employee?

Yes that was your warning. If you go back the police have it in their records and you will be arrested.

Many businesses issue a blanket trespass notice to the police, giving the police the power to give out verbal or written trespass warnings on behalf of the business to whomever they choose. Most laste-night businesses do this. Otherwise, the police cannot issue a trespass warning without the consent of the business.
