Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
possible penalty for lewd and lacsivious 800.04-child(13) by 19 year old. 30,000 bail set. How serious is the charge. Person currently on probation for other types of charges-assaults, not sexual.

This is very serious. The maximum penalty is 15 years if the contact included penetration the sentence is at a minimum around 7 years before factoring the violation of probation. The person will also receive a permanent designation as a sex offender.
