pending case in another state
can there be a change of venue when there is a legal criminal issue a misdemeanor pending in texas but need to have it taken care of in florida and im due in court in texas on march l2 but i had to move to florida to help my adult son and cant get back nor do i want to

If the criminal act occurred in Florida, the venue for prosecution and resolution is Florida, if in Texas, then Texas. Good Luck

No, criminal cases must be handled in the state where the alleged crime occurred.
