I would need to know a little more about the case to give you an accurate answer. Most importantly, the county where the arrest ocured.
Since she has no prior criminal record, it will make things go much more smoothly.
If you hire an attorney they will be able to waive her appearance and most likely resolve the case without her ever coming back to Florida.
If this is located anywhere in the southern part of the state feel free to give me a ring and we can chat about the case.
take care,

I agree that this is fairly straight forward and should be easy to resolve. If this arrest was anywhere in the Tampa Bay area, I'd be more than happy to help you and/or your daughter out.
Good luck,
