Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Two people own a bank account, one dies. Does the estate have the right to reclaim the account?

This isn't a criminal law question, but in short, if a person isn't on the account as co-owner, or payable on death, then the account must go through probate. If name on the account, then that co-owner has the right to the whole account if they are listed as joint owners.
