How many people can be charged with manslaughter
In the case where a person was beaten to death, and their are 4 known subjects who were all involved in the beating. Does the prosecution have to have proof as to who delivered the fatal blow that killed the person? Can he prosecute all 4 on manslaughter who particpated?

Generally speaking, all may be charged. It sounds like it would be impossible to determine just who delivered the coup de gras.
