Two People Being Convicted Of Same Crime
Is it possible for two people to be charged with the identical crime?? Ok..say you and your friend get arrested for damaging someone's car but you didnt do it?? But you both still get the charge, what do you do??

Yes! You can both be charged. You should get a lawyer to defend you.
