Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have people in my employ that are suspected of stealing from my warehouse but have no real proof. What are my rights as far as dismissing them and getting any return of my property?

An employer can fire anyone for any non-discriminatory reason, unless there is a written agreement spelling it out. Talk to an employment attorney if you have further questions.
