Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
does a permanent adjudication withheld ever come off your record even if you only have one charge.. i dont want this on my record permanently what can i do..

if you have no other crimes of which you have been adjudicated guilty and the charge is one that is eligible it may be sealed for 10 years at which time you may have it expunged.
