How do i get permission to dismiss victem contact restrictions?

Only the victim can do a motion for victim contact. The victim (or an attorney) needs to contact the judge's assistant and set a court hearing. The victim will need to swear that he/she is not in fear and wants contact with the Defendant. The judge has the ultimate say in granting the motion.
