Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can a person claim someone shot into their home and have them charged with that? this person is an idiot.what would be the consequences of such a crazy accusation on a person.please send an answer in case an attorney is needed..can that person be sued for defamation if it is unfounded? NEED ANSWER ASAP.........................

It is possible. The charge is varied but can range from shooting into an occupied dwelling to attempted murder depending on the allegations...
