If a person has been convicted of a sex offense in Florida, can that ever be expunged from their record through clemency or a pardon?

A pardon or clemency never expunges ANY record, whether it be loitering or murder. It does mean that you are not convicted of that crime and any civil rights you may have lost will be regained.
