Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How is it that a person found to be in possession of child pornography on their personal computer, be charged with 51 plus charges by the State of Florida Attorney General? Believe me, I most definitely support criminal charges of child pornography under all circumstances. But what I am questioning and unclear of is, how does the State of Florida arrive at the number of charges for the same criminal offence. Case at hand is Douglas Dow Eaton vs State of Florida.

There could be several reasons, but usually they will charge for each separate photo/video, etc. Even if they are all on one computer or from one website.
