Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if a person is on misdeameaneor probation, and violates his conditions by catching a felony, but then it get's reduced to a misdemeanor, can he get violated twice?

No, but one violation is all you need. Just like they can't kill you twice, they can't prosecute you twice but it is still just as bad.
