Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I would like to know how can a person who has an open juvenile case in New York get his case seal or expunged? Recently found out when denied three jobs when applying for jobs in Florida. The person hasn't been arrested since the incident at age 18. Had several jobs since the incident and this issue never came up.The person didn't know about it till the jobs decline his application.How can this be dealt with? Thanks in advance for your advice
