Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a person had his parole transfered to a different state, and wanted to mail a motion to the court, what court would the motion be mailed too ? The recieveing state or the sending state court who transfered the person.

Anytime you do a motion, you always do it where the charge originated. A new state may have agreed to supervise you but ONLY the originating state can hear any motions. You should probably talk to an attorney in the county where the charge was located.
