Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a person gets pulled over while driving someone elses car and gets charged with the paraphenalia that belongs to the owner of the car then later the owner admits to owning the paraphenalia, will the owner get arrested and the driver go without charges?

Possibly. If the driver knew of the paraphernalia, then even if it's the vehicle's owner's stuff, then the driver can still be arrested and charged. If the driver didn't know, the driver could still be arrested but at least you have a defense. You should sit down wiht an attorney and discuss your case in more detail.
