Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If one person has a warrant for traffic ofences in Florida but is living outside USA , COULD BE ARRESTED IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY�S AIRPORT?

The warrant can only be served where the US has jurisdiction. That means if you land anywhere in a US state or territory, you could be arrested. Otherwise, you could travel through other countries. If you ever plan on returning to the US for any reason, you need to resolve this. In fact, since these are "traffic" offenses, there is a good chance you wouldn't have to come back if you hire an attorney to help you resolve this. Feel free to call me if you need assistance.
