Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Personal Belongings from an Ex
I have been awaiting to recieve my personal belongings from my Ex in Saint Petersburg, Florida and I live in Thonotosassa, Florida. He and I have been communicating through email and he is running me around with giving two weeks of notices and then changing 1-2 days just before the day of our meeting. He told me that there would be nothing I could do and I am trying to search all my options about what I can and cannot do about getting my belongings, He told me that it was civil law and that he could throw my things away. I do not know what else to do other than get legal advice. Thank you for your time and it is well appreciated. Please contact me as soon as possible preferably by Email. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
--name removed--Skelton
