Petit theft Charge
I was charged with first degree petit theft in the state of Florida. This is my first offense and was wondering what the maximum punishment law for this is in the state.

If it was Petit Theft with a value less than $100 than the maximum penalty is 60 days jail, six months probation, and or a $500 fine.
If it was Petit Theft with a value more than $100 then the maximum penalty is 365 days jail, twelve months probation, and or a $1000 fine.
