petit theft

i have a petit theft charged on my record on 2002 . i want to work with the law enforcement.

can i have expugement?

You may qualify for sealing, but understand that law enforcement requires you reveal even sealed and expungement charges.

As long as you received a withhold of adjudication and you have no other criminal record, yes. You can call my office and we can handle it for you. It is relatively inexpensive.
