Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My petition to seal was denied and I missed the 30 day window to appeal. Can I hire an attorney to re-petition the court? The petition was denied because the judge said "employers have a right to know you stole from a past employer" - my charges were grand theft and adjudication was withheld. I got the eligibility certificate from the FDLE - it was just the judge who said no. Is there anything I can do now?

It is possible to re-petition the court, especially if there is a change in circumstances.
