Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Petty theft with adjudicated guilty
A friend of mine was adjudicated guilty in pinellas county in 1992 for a petty theft charge. He has no prior or record other than this, he completed his sentence in 1992 including all restitution. Is there any way he can have this case considered for sealing of the record and eventual expongement. This continues to affect his jobs and career. He is a devoted father of 5 and has always fulfilled his obligations. He made this error a long time ago. Any advice would be appreciated.

No adjudications can never be sealed.
