Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a petty theft conviction on my record that is adjuciated guilt for 5 years now.I heard I cannot get rid of it or get hired anywhere because of it. I have looked up ways to get around it or any sort of loop holes. After research I heard of a pardon. exactly what does that do and can that help me out in this situation that I am in?
