Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i have gotten many phone calls regarding my childs mother being on drugs. she shows up messed up to try and pick up my daughter. she is on probation for reckless driving drugs/ alchol a factor(it was drugs) (bumped down from dui) she is on probation but i think just county probation. would i be able to call and report her to them and see if they will do a drug test i do not think she is required to take one or she would be in trouble already.

It sounds like you need to call Child Protective services and make a report there.
